Annemarie Martin, MSN, RN, BC is the Clinical Director for the South Region for Mass General Brigham Home Care, an entity that is part of Mass General Brigham. Annemarie, as a collaborative, patient-minded director has 30 years of experience in planning, leading, and improving home healthcare operations for large home care organizations in the region. She currently has been at MGB Home Care for close to seven years, building a strong collaborative management team while the region underwent 6 to 8 % volume growth prior to the pandemic. She and her team were responsible for expanding evening and weekend teams to meet the referral source demand, at the same time improving staff and recruitment and retention. Prior to her arrival, Annemarie was in a similar role at another large homecare organization, leading the management team through a merger and integrating departments and programs successfully.
