Bob brought over twenty years’ experience in the landscape maintenance and construction industry as an installer, estimator and project manager when he came to work for Eastern Municipal Water District in 2010. He has held his current position as the Service Contracts Administrator for nearly eight years, and in 2012, earned a Construction Management Certificate from the University California, Riverside. In 2015, Bob achieved a longtime goal of completing his Pastoral Ministry ordination, and recently celebrated 35 years of marriage to his lovely bride Michelle. Together, they have raised four adult children and just welcomed into the world their seventh grandchild.
