Shelby Christensen is Senior Vice President, Operations for Liberty’s 106M SF of office and industrial buildings in wholly owned or joint venture portfolios throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Ms. Christensen is responsible for portfolio operations, risk management, sustainability, cap ex, TI, business processes, operational metrics, national marketing and G&A. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a Vice-Chair of BOMA International, Chair the BOMA National Advisory Council and serves on the BOMA Executive Committee, the Drexel University REMD Industry Advisory Board and an FM Global Advisory Board.
