Mr. Tekorius has investigated over 43 fire losses in wind turbine generators in the United States and Internationally. He is a Gulf War veteran, leaving the Army as an Engineer Captain. He worked as a bomb technician with Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office dealing with both explosions and fires. Earning the certification of fire and explosion investigator in 2000, he formed his own company, Teknical Associates. He regularly investigates large losses in the renewable energy field. He has qualified as an expert witness in fires and explosions in Federal and State courts. He is climb certified and regularly works at height. His professionalism and expertise has assisted numerous clients in determining why their turbines caught fire
