Julie Fornaro is a strategic brand and communications consultant with a passion for helping organizations grow their businesses and expand marketshare through unique, specialized branding, public relations and marketing initiatives. A seasoned practitioner, she has established a niche specialization in the real estate, building products, financial services and aerospace industries with strong positioning, storytelling and relationships at the core of her results-driven offering. Julie consults with senior leaders in all sectors of the real estate industry including investment, finance, development, construction, architecture, planning, building materials, brokerage, asset management, recruitment, professional associations, industry conferences, and more. Her expertise spans corporate to property-, product- and service-specific initiatives, with experience in all income producing commercial as well as for-sale residential sectors. This breadth and depth of industry experience provides added value – via rounded knowledge and relationships - to clients involved in real estate, no matter what role they play. Julie Fornaro is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Building Industry Association and has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), an organization dedicated to education and best practices in the business communications industry. She graduated from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication.
