Robert Morgenstern is a founding principal of Maranga | Morgenstern. With more than 30 years of experience representing clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in the commercial trucking, products liability, and other casualty fields, Mr. Morgenstern is recognized as one of the most successful and accomplished trial attorneys in the industry. In recognition of his accomplishments, Mr. Morgenstern has been recognized by Loyola Law Schools Civil Justice Program as a Champion of Justice in 2017 and has continually named by SuperLawyer Magazine as being in the top 5 percent of attorneys in his field in since 2009. He was also recognized by his law school, Southwestern, as Outstanding Litigator in 2017. He has served as President of the California Defense Counsel in 2013; is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers; and is an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where he has participated as a lecturer in their Masters in Trial programs. In 2019, Mr. Morgenstern serves as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of ABOTA and in 2009 also served as President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
