Dennis Skelly is VP, Real Estate Operations for Liberty Property Trust’s South & West Regions. He supports property management teams responsible for managing approximately 35 million square feet of industrial space in Southern California, Arizona, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, and Texas. Over the course of Dennis’s 19-year career, he has directly managed a wide variety of multi-tenant office, retail, industrial, and medical office assets throughout the United States. He has also played a key role in partnering with stakeholders to ensure leasing & asset management plans are effectively executed and all property goals are met. Finally, he has participated & led key initiatives that have helped shape the strategic direction of the company. Dennis is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee at Liberty, a member of BOMA & IREM, a LEED AP, and a Board Member of several youth lacrosse organizations. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He resides in Cypress, Texas with his wife and five sons.
