Stacy is the Director of Facilities at WageWorks Inc. and is responsible for daily operations, overseeing construction projects and supporting lease negotiation across seven sites nationwide. Since joining WageWorks, she has focused on defining site standards while creating a service-oriented team that partners with all functions of the business as well as property owners and building management teams. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, certified in Project and Facilities Management and a Sigma Black Belt. Remote and Telecommuting are popular in today’s talent acquisition and retention. Finding ways to optimize the bottom line as well as designing work spaces that promote company culture, team effectiveness and individual needs is key.
