Elisa Arko focuses her practice on product liability defense. She represents mid-size to large companies in complex civil litigation in products liability, toxic tort, and medical malpractice. In addition, she is also experienced with consumer product safety issues. She advises clients on compliance, reporting obligations, recall effectiveness, and in advertising disputes. Complimenting her complex litigation work, Elisa advises clients on the potential legal impact of blockchain, IoT connected devices, and other emerging technologies. To bolster this, Elisa serves on the Blockland Legal committee, a community-wide movement to establish a Blockchain ecosystem in Cleveland, Ohio, and put the region at the forefront of blockchain thought leadership.
