Carrie Griffiths is Managing Director for CBRE Project Management and is responsible for the Seattle Local Market Area. A seasoned industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in commercial design and construction, she provides oversight to occupier and investor projects in the Pacific Northwest and directly implemented projects for clients including Accenture, Gannett Co. Inc., Groupon, Moss Adams and Quest Software Inc. Ms. Griffiths has been with CBRE for 8 years, originally in the Chicago Market in 2010 as Director of Project Management, relocating to Seattle in 2015. Having begun her career in commercial interior designer as a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Illinois, she spent time at Chicago-based interior design and architecture firms Solomon Cordwell Buenz, The Environments Group and LSH/Hague-Richards. Ms. Griffiths previously served on the Board of Directors for IIDA Illinois Chapter, IIDA International and the Illinois Interior Design Coalition, is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s school of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning with a Bachelor of Science in Design, and is currently a member of NAIOP Washington State Chapter.
