Catherine Ruvolo has extensive experience in the leadership and development of senior executives. After earning her PhD, she taught undergraduates and graduate students in the areas of leadership, interpersonal influence, and behavior change at the University of Pittsburgh and at the United States Military Academy. While at West Point, Catherine worked closely with senior leadership, providing consulting and coaching to enhance team effectiveness and productivity. She then applied her knowledge of complex organizations to the corporate sector and worked first as an internal consultant and then as an outside consultant, partnering with clients to offer highly customized solutions that had a lasting impact on their organizations.
