Carla Suskin has over 25 year’s experience implementing talent management strategies to enhance organizational performance. She partners with individuals in developing their leadership skills so they can engage and advance their teams to higher levels of productivity. She has built leadership development and mentoring programs to foster leadership growth; coached managers and individuals on a development course of action; and established learning & development curriculums aligned with business strategy. Carla brings corporate and consulting experience from both for-profit and nonprofit companies. She received her B.A in Psychology from Adelphi University and M.B.A. from Pace University.
