With a combined 15 years of personal and professional experience in the Beauty Industry, Josh is a multi-faceted player in the skincare arena. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Product Development and Merchandising from Florida State University, he has since worked a variety of areas within the Beauty Industry – from his Skincare Buying days at HSN to the cosmetics floor of Neiman Marcus & Dillard’s to his current role with Elaine Sterling Skincare. Genuinely passionate about skin care and a self-proclaimed “ingredient nerd”, he pours that knowledge into the brand voice and scope – from new products, research, social media, to marketing and public relations.
