As The Tower Companies’ Sustainability Manager, Jonathan is responsible for furthering sustainability and energy efficiency across Tower’s portfolio. He manages several efforts including compliance with energy benchmarking laws, annual greenhouse gas inventory reporting, Tower’s energy, water, and waste management programs, and engaging tenants and Tower staff to promote sustainability best practices. Before joining Tower, Jonathan held positions with The Institute for Market Transformation and White House Council on Environmental Quality. He earned a BS in Biology from Central Connecticut State University and is a Fitwel Ambassador and LEED AP O+M.
