Amy Gardner is a licensed esthetician and the director of education for LightStim. There, she is responsible for curriculum development pertaining to overall physiology of the skin, manufacturer's product knowledge and certification, educating skin care professionals via in house certification, guest lectures, trade show workshops, webinars and client training sessions. In 2016, she completed an eight week MBSR program created by the world renowned Dr. Jon-Kabat Zinn, University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
