Steve Ingham is the Administrator of the Division of Food and Recreational Safety in Wisconsin’s Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. The 225 employees in the Division work to ensure that Wisconsin has “Safe Food, Honestly Sold.” Before moving to the regulatory sector in late 2008, Steve was a Professor and Food Safety Extension Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Food Science from Cornell University.
