Vice President Clinical and Regulatory
Careficient
Kristie has devoted her career to practicing and teaching in the nursing profession for 35 years and in the home healthcare industry for over 12 years. Focused on hospice, palliative care and private duty, Kristie holds a leadership position at Careficient Inc. as Vice President, Clinical & Regulatory where she directs programs, policies and practices for clinical and regulatory compliance. Prior to her current role, Kristie was also a Director of Clinical Practices at Careficient, Owner of Elevate Healthcare Consulting and Regional Hospice Quality Compliance Coordinator at Celtic Healthcare, Executive Director at Aseracare Hospice, Director of Clinical Services at Aseracare Hospice and Nurse Educator at Hillyard Technical Center. Kristie also founded the Childhood Loss Support Group, volunteers at the Loss of Child Support Group and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). Education/Certifications: BSN (Bachelor Science Nursing), Teaching Certificate – Central Missouri State University and ADN (Associate Science Nursing) at Western State University.
