Cynthia J. Hays, Vice President of Compliance for Betfred USA Sports, LLC Cynthia joined Betfred as Vice President of US Compliance on January 1, 2020. Cynthia is an accomplished and passionate compliance professional. She has 20 years of gaming industry experience, including positions with various levels of responsibility in technical, regulatory, and legal compliance for both gaming operators and manufacturers. Cynthia has developed strong respectful relationships with regulators across the US gaming market. She most recently served as the Corporate Vice President of Compliance for JACK Entertainment. Prior to that, Cynthia held operations and compliance roles at Scientific Games and Caesars Entertainment managing a variety of gaming and gaming-related product deployments. Cynthia has been recognized for her work in the gaming industry as a recipient of 2010 The Great Women of Gaming Proven Leader Award and has been a regular speaker at many Tribal Gaming conferences.
