I've manged the growth of Anderson Center for Hair for the past 5 years. I have directly coordinated the build out of 2 offices - a 3500sqft office in Sandy Springs and a nearly 10,000sqft office in Avalon. Personnel has grown from 3 to 16, including a second surgeon and the addition of a full aesthetic center. I also manage marketing, brand image and brand recognition to drive patient growth.
