Dr. Troy Lyons is a Research Engineer and the Director of Engineering Services at the University of Iowa, IIHR – Hydroscience & Engineering. His research focuses on riverine environments where he has investigated the performance of hydraulic structures and their impacts on river flow patterns, fish passage structures, total dissolved gas, and erosion downstream of spillways.
