Adam Kosoy joined North American Development Group (NADG) in 2017 and is responsible for business development and investor relations initiatives, which includes raising capital for NADG’s diversified investment funds and sourcing and aligning new equity partnerships for targeted investment opportunities. Prior to joining NADG, Adam was Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and Investment Services at the global real estate firm Colliers International, where he was responsible for leading and executing the strategic objectives of Colliers’ advisory business for institutional and private investors on a national level. He has been involved in real estate transactions and advisory work in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Central America. Adam currently sits on the Board of Directors for Leadership Sinai, Circle of Care at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is currently based in NADG’s corporate head office in Toronto.
