He was formerly Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding partners of Primecorp Commercial Realty, with over 25 years of experience, developing a reputation for commitment and an ability to execute and consummate even the most complicated transactions. Aik has earned the respect of the industry and has become one of the most influential multi-family and commercial investment brokers in Canada. His clients include some of the largest institutional and private investors in Canada and abroad. Aik has sold over $6B in assets and has been instrumental in creating one of Canada's premiere real estate advisory groups. Aik's personal commitment to the industry continues, he has been a Chairman/Speaker at many of Canada’s conferences. Aik has led some of Canada's largest investment sales and continues to demonstrate his dominance in the multi-family and commercial sectors.
