Lon Huber leads Navigant’s North American retail regulatory offering. In this capacity, Lon provides expert witness testimony, proceeding strategy, and policy solutions on behalf of clients across the energy sector landscape. Lon has received numerous awards and is well known for his creative data-driven solutions to some of the energy industry’s most pressing issues. Specifically, Lon pushes advances in net metering reform, rate design, RPS modernization, DER ownership, and community solar. He is frequently cited in trade press and speaks regularly at conferences across the country. With over 10 years in the energy industry, his experience spans public and private sectors, as well as academia. Lon holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Management as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
