Carole Guérin is Managing Director, Real Estate, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). She is responsible for identifying and closing new transactions in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, while managing current portfolios in the commercial real estate sector. Carole has dedicated her career to the real estate industry, with over 30 years of experience in various spheres of the business. She has developed an expertise in retail and multifamily properties, with some exposure to all other sectors of the industry. Prior to joining PSP Investments in 2005, Carole held various positions in finance and real estate management, including First Québec Corporation, Westcliff, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) and Cadillac Fairview Corporation LTD. Carole is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is currently on the Board of Revera and sat on the Board of CREW M for over five years.
