David Levine is a Managing Director at Blackstone. David currently focuses on new investment opportunities in the industrial/logistics and office sectors. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, he has been involved in analyzing real estate investments in several property sectors and has worked on various transactions, including the creation and sale of Blackstone’s 117 million sq. ft. industrial platform, IndCor Properties. David currently oversees Blackstone’s U.S. and Canadian logistics portfolio which spans nearly 200 million sq. ft.
