Dennis Lopez joined QuadReal as Chief Executive Officer in June 2017. He is responsible for the leadership of the company and its global investment and management strategy. Dennis has over 30 years of real estate industry experience in acquisitions, development, M&A, financings and working with REITs. He has worked in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Until May of 2017, Dennis served as the Chief Investment Officer of AXA Real Assets, the fifth largest global real estate investment manager. Based in Paris, he worked with the AXA team to approve over $60B in acquisitions, sales and loans during his tenure. Previously, he held various senior positions in international real estate including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SUN Real Estate Group, a private equity firm based in Delhi, where he oversaw investments in India and Russia. Also, as Managing Director and Head of European Real Estate for JP Morgan based in London.
