He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry as well as a B.S. in Marine Biology. Dr. Coffey’s career has combined water science and business development for over three decades. He is also an experienced and effective trainer. Lo-Chlor, LLC is part of the Team Horner family of companies. It is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and its products are sold around the world
