Heather Grey-Wolf has 20 years of progressive experience in the real estate and development industry. Prior to joining Capital Developments, Heather was Vice President of Development with Realstar Management, establishing a $1B national purpose-built rental development program, with active projects in British Columbia and Ontario. Previously, as Development Director for the Regent Park revitalization with Toronto Community Housing, Heather was responsible for all aspects of the 69-acre, $2.5B redevelopment project in Toronto's downtown east, delivering over 1,100 condo units and 700 rental units on time and on budget. Heather began her career as an architect. At Capital Developments, Heather is responsible for a portfolio of development projects valued at $2B.
