Jennifer Balcerak joined QuadReal in June 2017. In the role of Vice President, Leasing, she focuses on the leasing strategy and execution for the Toronto Core portfolio including mixed use A/AAA complexes and future development sites. Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in real estate to the QuadReal team. With considerable knowledge in office, retail and industrial assets, Jennifer’s multidisciplinary approach has allowed her to complete transactions of all sizes and scope, spanning key markets. She was formerly Senior Director, Leasing at GWL Realty Advisors responsible for the BCI office portfolio across the GTA. Previously, she worked in brokerage at CBRE gaining exposure and experience in national and global transactions. Jennifer is driven to deliver results, values relationships and encourages excellence.
