John O'Bryan

John O'Bryan has been active in the Canadian real estate market for 46 years. He started his career in the appraisal profession and was the founder and national manager of the A.E. Le Page Appraisal Group. In 1983, John transitioned to the brokerage field and has enjoyed senior management positions with Royal Le Page, TD Securities and CBRE, from where he retired in 2015, John has been an active member of multiple real estate organizations, including the RICS, ULI, NAIOP, REALPAC and the Appraisal Institute of Canada. For most of his career John has been an active participant in numerous real estate conferences in Canada, Asia, Europe and the US, as well as being a regular contributor to newspapers, radio and TV. Since retirement John has joined the boards of Slate Office REIT and CT REIT, as well as a number of advisory and charitable boards, and is the Honorary Chairman of CBRE.
