Kevin Salsberg is the Senior Vice President, Real Estate for CT REIT and has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Kevin joined CT REIT in 2016 and is responsible for the firm’s investment, leasing, development and property management activities. CT REIT owns a $5.5B portfolio, comprised of over 26 million square feet of high quality assets leased primarily to Canadian Tire Corporation. Prior to his appointment, Kevin was the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Plaza Retail REIT and the Chief Operating Officer at KEYreit.
