Lisa Chandler, as part of Oxford’s Canadian Development team, is responsible for overseeing all retail development for a portfolio worth over $12B with $1.4B of projects currently underway. This includes design, municipal entitlements and execution of large scale retail development projects in Canada’s major urban markets. Over the past 10 years with the development team, Lisa has successfully executed on over $1.8B of office and retail projects. Lisa Chandler possesses over 20 years of industry experience in Development, Real Estate Management and Commercial Office Leasing with major corporations including Oxford Properties, Royal LePage Commercial and Marathon Realty. Lisa is an active member of NAIOP and ULI.
