Matt Picken is a Managing Director and the National Lead for JLL’s Capital Markets activities across Canada, responsible for the origination and execution of investment transactions, with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area. With over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate on the brokerage and investment banking sides of the industry, Matt has worked for many of North America’s leading investors, REITs, corporations and institutions, advising on many of the largest development and income property transactions completed in Canada. Over his career, Matt has been involved in excess of $10B of transactions, working on behalf of several government institutions, Canadian Pension Funds, REITs, Life Companies and private syndicates.
