Mary currently is the strategic planning consultant for the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group and works closely with their CEO & President to develop and implement the four-year bold plan. Her most recent position was at the Cleveland Clinic, Executive Director, Art + Design Institute where she spearheaded the development of a new Institute setting strategic direction and motivating executives to meet their objectives in Sustainability, Architecture, Design, Art & Medicine, and the Art Program. During Mary’s 26-year career at the Cleveland Clinic, she held other executive positions as Executive Director, Executive Administration supporting the CEO Dr. Toby Cosgrove to implement the organizations strategic initiatives. She championed the start-up and set strategic direction for the Center for Functional Medicine and managed the Center for Clinical Genomics. As Co-Managing Director of RelateCare, Mary developed a Cleveland Clinic spin-off company to consult on development of centralized healthcare call centers. Prior to working at the Cleveland Clinic, Mary was an Independent Consulting: PDA, Bullock Group, AKG where she offered high-level business consulting services for large-scale projects focused on change management, business start-ups, re-engineering, and growth strategies. Prior to independent consulting, Mary worked for Ernst & Young, LLP, Manager, Health Care Performance Improvement Practice where she served as an Integral member of expert team dedicated to special international Service Initiative. Mary earned her Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve in Organizational Development and Analysis and is certified in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Coaching. She currently serves on the Board of Beaumont School for Girls and Miami University Women Leadership Grant Committ
