Patrick Sullivan is Chief Operating Officer of Primaris Management Inc., a subsidiary of H&R REIT, and has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate with approximately 20 years of experience focused on regional enclosed shopping centres. Primaris Management Inc. owns and manages a nationally diversified portfolio of 31 shopping centres, including 17 regional enclosed shopping centres and 14 retail properties across Canada, encompassing approximately 10 million sq. ft. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, Patrick held the title of Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management at Primaris Retail Real Estate Investment Trust. Patrick has held increasingly senior positions at a number of real estate companies during his career including Oxford Properties, Bentall Real Estate Service and Laing Property Corporation.
