William Martens currently serves as a Principal for the Marwest Group of Companies, which is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in real estate development, construction and property management of commercial and multi-residential assets. Today Marwest proudly boasts over $1B of developed and built commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. Previous to his role at Marwest, William was a commercial real estate mortgage banker and spent a decade in the restaurant industry owning and operating Tim Hortons franchises.
