Cullin Hughes focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating, and implementing complex health care transactions. As a member of the Firm’s Health Care and Corporate and Transactional Practice Groups, he possesses deep knowledge of regulatory issues that can arise in health care transactions, and understands how those issues impact deal terms and implementation. On the corporate side, Cullin is deeply experienced in handling all aspects of the life cycle of a transaction, including initial structuring of deal terms, drafting and negotiating letters of intent and definitive transaction documents, closing, and post-closing transitional matters. On the health care regulatory side, Cullin handles a wide variety of matters arising in various phases of transactions, including structuring transactions to ensure compliance with fraud and abuse laws and other regulatory schemes; advising on the transition of licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditations; performing regulatory due diligence; and evaluating the impact of regulatory and compliance concerns on deal terms and post-closing operations.
