Marty Elliott
General Manager
Miller Theater

Marty Elliott has more than 25 years experience in event and venue management. Prior to coming to the Miller, she was the Executive Director for Kennesaw State University’s 88-acre sports and entertainment complex and stadium where she was recruited to assist with the launch of school’s football program. Previously, she served for 11 years as General Manager for Clemson’s 10,000-seat Littlejohn Coliseum as well as the Director of Major Events. Elliott is credited with turning single-purpose facilities into multi-purpose venues, drawing top tier performers into tertiary markets, establishing new professional sports and artistic tenants and driving community economic impact by consistently serving the needs of the public and by “throwing a great party!” Elliott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and studied urban planning at University of Florida where she got her start in venue management working production and operations at the Stephen C O’Connell Center. Elliott sought the opportunity to manage a historic theater because of the exceptional opportunity it provides to be part of the arts and entertainment culture of the city and believes that she has arrived in the Greater Augusta Area at an exciting and historic time.
