Chris Bigelow is a foodservice consultant to the sports, entertainment, and convention center industry. Bigelow has over 48 years of experience working with over 400 venues worldwide. The company provides operational and financial audits and assists venue managers in negotiating their food and beverage agreements. In addition, they develop Requests for Proposals for venues seeking to hire a food service management operator and develop the contracting terms and key performance indicators for those agreements. A former chair of the VMS Board of Regents, Foodservice Board Chair of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors, former Chairman of the Board of the National Association of Concessionaires, a graduate with a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada; Las Vegas, Bigelow is a recipient of the IAVM Joe Anzivino Distinguished Allied Member Award, the VMS Ray Ward Award and the National Association of Concessionaires' Mickey Warner Award Winner
