Mike Leone is the Product Manager at Pool Office Manager, a software company designed for pool business management. Leone is a graduate from Ohio State University with a Business Degree in Operations Management. He holds his Green Belt Certification in LEAN/Six Sigma practices which he has leveraged to reduce costs for corporations and small businesses on staffing, administrative, and inventory. In addition to his operations experience, Leone has started and sold multiple businesses and continues to operate his own Pool Service Business in Ohio. Using his experience to build a business management software designed specifically for pool service companies, he now works with 100+ pool companies in over 30 states to assist in adopting software, in an effort to improve their profits and efficiency.
