Alex joined LCE in 2019, he works on all aspects of wind farm analysis and assessment including early design and layout, financial grade energy assessment and operational analyses. Alex has been working in the wind industry since 2004 and has either analyzed or assisted the development of over 40 GW of wind projects. Prior to joining LCE, Alex started and ran an Independent Engineering renewable energy consulting and analysis company, Prevailing North America, now part of K2 Management. Alex also worked for DNV GL in various roles of Energy Analysis until 2014. Alex received an MPhil in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK and an MSc in Physics from Imperial College London, UK.
