Sandra’s 20-year upward career path has led her to her role as Global HR Director and People Culture Strategist. As a long-term fan of John Maxwell's teachings, in 2013 she joined The John Maxwell Team as an Independent Certified Trainer, Speaker, Coach. Sandra credits her success to entrepreneurial determination, persistence, continuous improvement, and learning through failure. Most importantly she is indebted to the people that add value to her through her journey and influence her life for the better. Paying it forward, she is passionate about helping individuals discover, nurture, and act upon their potential. Her experience as entrepreneur and operator highly contribute to the strong business acumen needed to help businesses make the most of their resources and talent, impacting their bottom line. Sandra holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Human Resources, and SHRM-SCP Certification. The John Maxwell Team credentials include Trainer/Speaker/Coach, DISC Assessment Trainer/Consultant and YouthMax Trainer.
