Mr. Foley has been active in the US Wind Industry for the past decade. His team has been involved in the foundation designs for many projects that have reached advanced development stages in the US including Cape Wind, VOWTAP and FACW. His team also performed the detailed design for the jackets at the Block Island Wind Farm. Mr. Foley is a licensed professional engineer in a multitude of US and Canadian jurisdictions.
