Tony Bainbridge serves in the Rural Development Business Center’s Finance Office as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO he is responsible for providing oversight related to accounting, budget, and compliance needs concerning Rural Developments $224 Billion direct and guaranteed loan portfolio. Tony grew up on a small farm in rural Missouri appreciating the benefits that USDA provides to rural America. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeast Missouri State University (aka Truman State) in May 1989. Tony and his wife Debbie have two sons and live in Wentzville, Missouri.
