Claudia Aulik has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with emphasis on recruiting, hiring, and inclusion and diversity.

Claudia joined Edward Jones in 2007 as a Financial Advisor Hiring Specialist for the Financial Advisor Talent Acquisition Department, where she was responsible of completing the hiring process of applicants to the financial advisor role. In addition, she served as the associate leader of multiple department projects aimed at improving the interviewing and decision-making process; and she was selected out of 55 associates to lead the Records Information Management task force for the department.

Since 2010, Claudia has been a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Area for the Edward Jones Headquarters. In her role, Claudia helps design, plan and maintain current and new strategies and programs to attract, engage and develop diverse talent to help achieve the firm's inclusion and diversity strategic objectives.

Claudia serves on the Edward Jones' Inclusion Council, HR Inclusion Council, HR Communications Committee, and is an active member of the firm's Business Resource Groups. Also, she is engaged with local external organizations such us the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Diversity Awareness Partnership and the St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America.

Claudia holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Los Andes University from Colombia, South America, her home country, and a master's in Human Resource Management from San Pablo University in Madrid, Spain. In addition, Claudia has financial industry licenses Series 7 and 66, and the Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional certification.

Claudia loves spending time with her husband and twin daughters, watching movies, and outdoors activities.
