Julia Kaissling joined Ticketmaster in 2015, and leads learning & development, executive coaching and organizational development. She also co-leads Women in Ticketmaster, a program that builds the pipeline for women in tech and focuses on creating additional opportunities for women in the company. Before joining Ticketmaster, Julia ran her own executive coaching consulting business and worked as a cultural liaison for non-profit organizations across different countries. Throughout her career, she has built programs focused on understanding different cultures & practices, understanding unconscious bias, and helping non-native English speakers learn how to communicate and navigate their brand and career path. She is passionate about diversity and helping individuals understand the thinking that drives their personal experience. Julia has her M.A in Organizational Leadership & her Professional Coaching Certification with the International Federation of Coaching.
