Kim Campbell is the Manager of EDI Operations for Jurisdiction J, Jurisdiction M and the Railroad Retirees contract. She has been employed by Palmetto GBA for twenty-three years in the EDI department serving the last eighteen years as manager. She is responsible for all aspects of EDI technical support and fulfillment which includes all 50 states and territories. She holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University and a Masters in Business from Webster University. She also holds a MHP designation from the Health Insurance Association of America.
