Kevin Devaux manages all frontline staff, venue relationships and the patron experience for the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. He has 20+ years of experience in ticketing, customer service, strategic planning and patron relationship engagement. After graduating, Kevin found his passion for ticketing working in the subscription department at TicketKing/Mirvish Enterprises. After a promotion to Manager of Administration and Special Projects, Kevin continued to develop his skills working with arts and cultural organizations like the Royal Ontario Museum and Art Gallery of Ontario among others. Kevin is a current Board Member and Past President of the Ontario Professional Ticketing Association (OPTA). Kevin loves INTIX and is currently Co-Chair of the Member Connections Committee and past Co-Chair of the Education Committee.
