Christopher Long is a Senior Sales Manager for MHI Vestas Offshore Wind. Christopher has an extensive background in sales, market development and policy. Prior to joining MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, he held sales roles in several innovative software companies focused on helping utilities to reduce customer energy consumption. Christopher previously served as Manager of Offshore Wind at the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) where he led AWEA’s offshore wind initiatives. Prior to joining AWEA, he served as policy advisor to several Rhode Island governors where his responsibilities included the state’s efforts to develop offshore wind.
