I am an expert in marine policy and fisheries management, with over 17 years of experience managing a number of domestic and international fisheries and helping to oversee the development of offshore wind energy projects along the Atlantic coast of the United States. I earned a bachelor's degree in marine science/biology and a master's degree in marine policy, with my thesis focused on better understanding stakeholder perspectives of marine science and policy issues and helping identify issues of mutual interest.
